OZPAQ Foots Hospital Bills Of Patients in Nwangele Health Centers, St Mary’s Joint hospital …sets to support more Health Centers in Orlu Zone

The over one Million, Three hundred thousand Naira invention funds was provided by the association to support patients in the various Health Centers and St Mary’s Joint Hospital to foot their hospital bills.

 Ofeahia Amaigbo health center, Umukabia health center, Amaju health center Amaigbo, Umuozu PHC Nwangele,  Abajah PHC Nwangele and  St Mary’s Joint Hospital Amaigbo.

Rt Hon Uba Desmond Nwosu who is the Leader of 7th Nwangele Legislative Council, in his speech while addressing journalists pointed out that the over #1.3m Payment of patients hospital bills, restoration of hopes to the sick, vulnerable and financially challenged people and residents in Nwangele health centers and joint hospital was undertaken and solely sponsored  Orlu Zone progressive association in diaspora Qatar(OZPAQ) with theme, “Health is Wealth 2025/2026 Awareness Program”.

Rt Hon Uba Desmond Nwosu maintained that the

 association  is a non governmental and non political group of Progressive minded sons and daughters from Orlu Zone resident in Diaspora Qatar, adding that they have  demonstrated total concern for the poor, sick, vulnerable and indigent members of Orlu zone especially in Nwangele LGA by providing finances used in paying full and part hospital bills of people in various health facilities and hospitals in Nwangele.

He noted that the Association will continue to support and partner Government in order to alleviate the sufferings of the less privileged, Sick and physically challenged in Orlu Senatorial District.

According to him, “The beneficiaries were lucky individuals admitted in these facilities without prejudice to tribe, race, gender, religion or state of origin. They expressed so much joy and happiness as hopes was restored and financial burdens lifted off their shoulders.  They prayed that God will reward and replenish the pockets of the members of Orlu zone progressive association in diaspora Qatar ( OZPAQ) for their sponsorship and also thanked the team led by Hon. Uba Desmond Nwosu for being the vessel of honor that God used in bringing these succour and hope to them.”

Rt Hon Uba Desmond Nwosu used the opportunity on behalf of the good people Nwangele Local Government Area to express deep appreciation to the Association for the love, Care and support extended to the people of Nwangele LGA, however called on other indigenous organizations to look inward and those in dare need at home.
