Nwangele Agog As Dr Johnbosco Nkpadobi Declares For 2023 Assembly Seat …preaches Peace, Unity and True reconciliation

On Sunday, 6th of March 2022, the leadership, Stakeholders, members and who is who in Nwangele Local Government Area were at the Country home of Chief Sabinus Amadi in Umuocha, Addi, Abajah in Nwangele LGA, for the formal declaration of Dr Johnbosco Nkpadobi for 2023 Nwangele House of Assembly Seat

In his speech, Dr Nkpadobi reminded PDP members that their party is the beautiful bride today because of their collective sacrifices and dedication, adding that PDP Umbrella is big enough to accommodate everyone.

 

Nkpadobi noted that despite the challenges, Nwangele PDP remains united and focused which he said is the secret behind the relative peace in Nwangele PDP now, noting that the LGA PDP Chairman, Chief Sabinus Amadi is organised, reliable and unassuming also.

He commmended the ward chairmen, the women, the youths and the entire PDP members in Nwangele LGA for their supports and partnership towards the welfare of the party in the area.

According to him, “Power comes from God, and we believe that PDP is now poised to reclaim Nwangele State Constituency. I’m fully prepared for the 2023 Nwangele House of Assembly Election and by the grace of God, I will be victorious; on that note, I, Dr Johnbosco Nkpadobi hereby formally declare my intention to run for Imo State House of Assembly to represent Nwangele State Constituency Seat come 2023. I humbly seek your collective and individual support and partnership towards the realisation Of this vision. Believe me, Nwangele must be better under PDP leadership”

Nkpadobi however appealed to Nwangele PDP members to forgive each other in order to move the party to the next level, adding that for PDP to achieve electoral success come 2023, all hands must be on deck, pointing out that he will never disappoint Nwangele people if given the chance to serve.

However, the hallmark of his empowerment programs since October 2020 till present day and counting is the Covid-19 Intervention Fund being disbursed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) which he has been facilitating since October 2020 with a record of 252 recipients. The approvals by the CBN for the funds attracted by Dr Nkpadobi range in the packages of N250,000, N400,000, N500,000, N700,000, N750,000, and N1.6Million.

 

A member of PDP G14, Hon Modestus Osakwe in his remark, called on Nwangele PDP members to open their minds inorder to achieve victory in 2023 elections. He warned Nwangele PDP members against using the party Primaries as a time to settle scores, noting that they must put PDP first in whatever they are doing

In his response on behalf of Nwangele PDP, Comrade Melford Akano maintained that Nwangele PDP wants victory in 2023, adding that, “we have overtime taken records of Dr Johnbosco Npadobi contributions in Nwangele PDP, Nwangele PDP will reward him for his dedication and support. we are taking records, we have accepted your declaration in good faith , God will lead you and make PDP get victory in 2023”.

 

The attendance of the declaration which is overwhelming was peaceful and cordial.
