Nigeria  commemorates  2025 African Anti-corruption day In Grand Style

THE AFRICAN ANTI-CORRUPTION DAY 2025;
The Inter-Agency Task Team ( IATT) comprising of all anti-corruption agencies with its secretariat at TUGAR ( Technical Unit On Governance & Anti Corruption Reforms in collaboration with EUROPEAN UNION ( EU) ,RULE OF LAW AND ANTI-CORRUPTION ( ROLAC),United Nations Office On Drugs and Crime( UNODC), MacArthur Foundation & Centre for Democracy & Development ( CDD), today being 11th of July, at Shehu Musa Yar Adua Centre,Abuja,Nigeria held a high level seminar to commemorate the 2025 African anti-corruption day 2025.
The programme which was well attended by the CEOs and heads of the anti Corruption agencies included the heads of ICPC,Code of Conduct Bureau ( CCB) , NEITI,Fiscal Responsibility Commission ( FRC),Public Complaints Commission amongst others had the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice as the special guest ( represented by the Solicitor-General of the Federation,Mrs.Jeddy Agba Esq) .
The theme of the summit was ” PROMOTING HUMAN DIGNITY IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION “
The keynote paper was delivered by the Executive Chairman of ICPC Dr Musa Aliyu ,SAN. The programme provided an opportunity for the key anti-corruption operators to xray the achievements made and the way forward for a stronger collaboration between the various agencies.
