CHIKWEM ONUOHA: LABOUR PARTY CANDIDATE FOR OKIGWE NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY LEADERSHIP SKILLS

CHIKWEM ONUOHA: LABOUR PARTY CANDIDATE FOR OKIGWE NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY LEADERSHIP SKILLS

By Izuogu Rowland
Leadership is a matter of humaneness, trustworthiness, intelligence, courage, and sternness.
In avoidance of long epistle that may likely bore our potential leaders, it will be fare, I present the five attributes of Hon. Chikwem Onuoha (Omeiheukwu), in bit, which undeniably characterized him a leader with virtue.
HUMANENESS
A leader is one who goes first. He/she is always ready to give a listening ear to the yearnings of his/her subordinates. A leader is more or less a servant.
Servant leader is a leader who can identify his/her subordinates by their names, interact with them, feel their plights and possibly proffer solutions either by financial assistant, moral support and or recommendations.
Hon. Chikwem Onuoha popularly known as Omeiheukwu is a leader with humane. He shows kindness towards people and he ensures people do not suffer more than necessary.
Omeiheukwu is caring and loving. According to Du Mu, in the art of war, “The way of the ancient kings was to consider humaneness foremost, while the martial artists consider intelligence foremost”.
Intelligence is as vital as humaneness in leadership though, humane leaders attracts more love and support from their subordinates.
People are more interested on leaders who teach them on how to fish and not necessarily, the old method of occasionally providing them with one bag of rice to be shared among ten persons.
Humane leaders are rare just like an eagle but on their arrival, the environment becomes unsafe for the vultures.
The Eagle of Okigwe North has landed and the vultures, political Edi abalis, ndi fumfuju akpa, ndi soro okwu onum eso na omumem are now scampering for safety. Ha ga anu uda ya.
Hon. Chikwem Onuoha (Omeiheukwu) is a goalooooooo.
Leadership is a matter of intelligence, trustworthiness, humaneness, courage, and sternness.
A good leader is one who possess these five virtues.
Like I expressed in the introductory part of this study on the person of Hon. Chikwem Onuoha, the incoming House of Representative Member for Okigwe North post 2023 general election, that, I won’t be bothering my potential readers with long epistles and with a promise to take it in bit.
We shall look into another quality a good leader must posses and suffix to say, Hon. Chikwem Onuoha is characterized with intelligence.
INTELLIGENCE
Hon. Chikwem Onuoha popularly known as Omeiheukwu has the ability to plan, strategies and implement. He has the ability to learn fast, decode signs and courageously carry out that he had learnt.
Jia Lin, in the art of war said, “Reliance on intelligence alone results in rebelliousness. Exercise of humaneness alone results in weakness”. Omeiheukwu, had taking time in the cause of his bag carrying (Inya akpa) of older politicians gained exposure and experiences in politics. He had studied the nitty-gritty of politics and its permutations.
In light of the above, Omeiheukwu had served politicians across the country while learning all political arithmetic involving its permutations, subtractions and multiplications.
One of the laws in 48 Laws of Power by Robert Green states, “Learn how not to outshine your master” He know the only way to get to the peak is loyalty and by that, he never relented to pay homage to the older politicians in his constituency.
Therefore, use the above assessments for comparison, to find out what the conditions are. That is to say, which political party should have the way? Which politician has ability? Who has the better climate and terrain? Whose discipline is effective? Whose aides and subordinates are better trained? Whose system of rewards and punishment is clearer? This is how you can know the leader with intelligence.
Hon. Chikwem Onuoha is here.
Labour Party; forward ever
Forward ever; backward never.
