An ecstatic Vice-Chancellor, Professor I.N.S. In a related development, the University Senate in her determination to drive the mission of producing talented men and women who would become future leaders of the society approved the rustication of five (5) students for the 2023/2024 academic session for acts of major misconduct and issued a letter of warning to one (1) student for minor misconduct.
The Vice-Chancellor re-affirmed that the young institution is committed to changing the narrative in public universities in Nigeria through quality policy executed such as sustenance of stable academic calendar (uninterrupted study) and timely graduation, timely processing and release of results, issuance of academic transcript and degree results on graduation, timely mobilization of graduates for NYSC, deployment of innovative technology for teaching, learning and research.
These and other factors such as accredited programmes; impressive facilities for teaching and learning; dynamic curricula which emphasize entrepreneurship/skill acquisition and leadership education driven by innovative technology; comfortable accommodation (2 students per room ensuite); rich student diversity; smart campus layout, safe and secure with amazing ambience; accommodating host communities and experienced Management team underscore her steady march to be a first-class institution.
