Agbaghara Nsu Holds  Grand Reception for Prof Obinna Okoro

The good people of Agbaghara Nsu in Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, has concluded plans to hold earth shaking  reception for one of its own, Prof Obinna Victor M.  Okoro who  was recently promoted to the rank of a professor.
The event holds on the 13th of  September, at Morganite Suites, Owerri.
The  Council of Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria, had on  17th June  2023, confirmed his  promotion  to the rank of full Professor of the University in the area of Animal Genetics, Genomics and Breeding.
It must be noted that it  has become the character of the people of the upward bound community of Agbaghara Ancient Kingdom to celebrate great strides  and achievements of their sons and daughters so as to  encourage hard work and spurred determination and strong will to succeed among their youths.
Prof Obinna Okoro is a dynamic youth of Agbaghara Community who has worked hard to earn for himself and his  community a national and global recognition,  not just in his core area of  academics,  but also in  various other sectors of human endeavours.
Apart from his numerous  contributions to Agbaghara community, he is currently  in charge of Skills, Aquisition  Programs for Artisans and Trades of AYET, an empowerment initiative of Agbaghara Town Union,  sponsored by home and abroad   illustrious sons and daughters of the community.
Speaking on the event, a  leader of the community who is noted for his  efforts in the development of the community, Nze Acho Nwaokorie, explained that such occasion  is to let the youths  know that there is success behind hard work. He enjoined them to engage in  positive ventures and shun crime.
Some members of the organizing committee who commented on the event, such as Prince Chikodi Igwe (Our Chyco), Chief Ugochukwu Osueke (PG), Hon Amb Eustace Opara and Mr Dominic Nwaokorie, who spoke at different times, , said that the Prof Okoro deserved to be celebrated owing to his continued support to the community.
While they called on  him to continue his good works, they urged the youths to take advantage of the  empowerment program being sponsored by the good spirited Agbaghara individuals.
It is on record that the ancient Kingdom of Agbaghara Nsu boosts of professors, doctors, engineers, lawyers,  accomplished business men and women  because of their show of love and willingness to  always support one another.
Those  whose signature are bold on the  success of the reception ceremony  include: Nze C.C. Osigwe, Mr K. C Okoro, Mr, Godwin Okafor and Mr  Peter Demian Nwosu.
Others are Chief Dan Egeonuigwe , Hon  Justice
 Mike Onyekachi, Chief Dr. Epi Iregbu, Mr  Okechukwu Iwueke,
 Ezeigbo Teddy Nwokorie, . Dr. Uzoma Ogoke, Chief Kingsley Anyanwu among many others.
