Impact Series Holds 2024 “Transpose” Convention  in Grand style

The highly anticipated impacting programme “Transpose” powered by the Impact Series leadership and  Business community has come to an end on Saturday, February 3, 2024 but the reach, touch and impact in the lives of the participants and society at large are yet recurring, resonating and reverberating with full sense of accomplishments as the day goes.
The super charged event held at Royal Immaculate Golden Hotels Ikenegbu Owerri, Imo state which drew attention of high profiled generational changers and captains of industries was full of life-changing presentations as well as interactions loaded with experiences and principles to live and do business aright in society.
In his intermittent address, the Convener of the annual Impact Series Leadership and Business programme who doubles as the Managing Director, Geospecific Engineering Surveys LTD, Surveyor Emeka Ezeigbo expressed appreciation to all and sundry for their input in making the convention a success and prayed for better heights across boards.
Deliberating earlier on the “Relevance and and Feature of Leadership, Surveyor Ezeigbo emphasized the place and significance of Reverse Mentoring in business and leadership circle where the Old and Young can teach one another on issues of interest based on expertise and experience for optimal input and output.
The convener stressed that leaders that will matter in leadership or business ventures, must know his or her capacity and grow it as well knowing and working on their limits, to turn them into strength
Opening the serial business and leadership presentations, the first speaker; a Leadership Consultant and Director Joshua Leadership Centre, Dr Benjamin Dike pinpointed the basis and heart of business development where he pointed out that there is no possible business venture or income for any said business man or woman except they have a problem to solve as well as goods and services to render in society.
Dr Dike Advised the Impact Series 2024 Convention participants to discover a Niche to work on.
He stressed that defining a plan on paper such as a Niche, its coverage, space and make up of the venture is the best way to go forward.
Going forward,  the second Resource person, a Pastor and Entrepreneur, Pastor Praise Ndukwu while teaching on “Identifying Opportunities” urged the people to look within themselves and their choices of carrier and business to know how to improve on them so as to have their own customers and market to make a living; so not to drag clients with others in the market.
Pastor Ndukwu said one of the way to go is to embrace a gold mindset, embrace change as well as celebrating and partnering with people or leaders in the market even if it calls for pro bono services.
The Managing Director of Zinox Technologies Ltd, Kelechi Eze-Okonta while speaking on “A journey of Self Discovery and Growth TRANSPOSE” pointed out that the theme of the convention “Transpose” which means to consciously move away from an old order and sequence is germane to set the citizenry on a right track of actualizing their destinies.
Mrs Eze-Okonta charged the participants to work on their mindsets so as to always be on the right move from a point in their lives to where they aspire to be, noting that Attitude, behavior, action, focus and reasoning of individuals have impacting and ripple effects on their journey in life.
The Zinox MD further encouraged the people to build the mindset of possibilities, having God in conscience, self awareness, continuous learning, good selfishness, as well as finding ways to enhance their emotional intelligence to strike a balance in goals to pursue and ones to retire.
She however highlighted the need to have specific  measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound goals so as to accomplish set goals with continuous learning for continuous improvement.
Another Speaker; Senior Surveyor, Niger Delta Basin Authority and Nuhmberg Global LTD, Soibibo Numbere who dwelt on “Advancing Your Business from Theory to Reality” charged participants and general public to not be carried away with perceived  financial constraints but systematically put measures in place to surmount the hurdles on their by not only Dreaming big, but by start small;
Believing in their dreams; Planning ways forward; Getting information or knowledge surrounding their venture and seeking various ways to possibly finance them while Allowing adequate Time for God’s grace as well as your plans to manifest.
Surveyor Numbere however advised  the Impart leadership community to always embrace Research and innovation to be above par with counterparts in their chosen or destined ventures, noting that innovation is the new driver of every discipline, or walks of life.
Doing justice to the topic “Business Minded Leaders”, Pastor and Businessman, Ihechiluru Obike highlighted the place of Assets and Liability in creating and building a business while charging participants on the importance of training and retraining of work force, adding that if every small business does even the little things the big businesses do, they will be like the big businesses.
Rev Ihechiluru stressed that “Activity is not Productivity and being Wise is better than being Nice in business” hence  calculated actions and inactions need be put in place to arrive at desired results.
The renowned man of God and seasoned businessman Ihechiluru added that “Things fall apart wherever there’s no leadership” noting that the five (5) “Cs” of leadership which includes
Capacity, Commitment, Character, Communication, and Collaboration within mb business disciplines should not be overlooked for in any guise as they form the solid foundation on which a business solidly stands.
Participants at the Convention however expressed utmost satisfaction on the organization, and conduct of the whole programme which enriched them with ideal ideas and principles of making ends meet in Society.
The highlight of the programme is the birthday celebration of the convener, Surveyor Emeka Ezeigbo where the people showered their goodwill messages and prayers for the celebrant as well as networking segments,  photoshoots and red carpet interviews.
