Abajah Kingdom Speaks With One Voice, Presents Prince Collins Omenuko As Eze-elect

The people of Abajah Ancient Kingdom have officially presented their Eze-elect, Prince Collins Omenuko, to traditional rulers, the Chairman of Nwangele Local Government Area, and other leaders of the council at the Council Headquarters in Amaigbo amid jubilation and a strong sense of fulfillment.
Village heads from Ozuoha, Amaudara, Umudiagba, Adi, Umuishii, Umuokpo, Umuoma and Odenaguma, alongside their kinsmen, heralded the presentation with the communion of kolanuts and prayers for unity with council stakeholders.
Formally presenting the Eze-elect to the Chairman of Nwangele Local Government Area, Chief Paul Duru, the President-General of Abajah Ancient Kingdom, Deacon Eddie Anosike, said the emergence of Prince Collins Omenuko as Eze-elect was a unanimous decision of the eight villages that make up the kingdom.
Deacon Anosike expressed confidence that the Eze-elect would surpass the expectations of the people and prayed for God’s guidance and protection upon him as he prepares to assume the revered traditional stool.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Nwangele Local Government Area, Chief Paul Duru, commended the people of Abajah for their unity and peaceful conduct throughout the selection process.
The council Chairman urged the people to give the Eze-elect their unwavering support, noting that collective cooperation would be crucial to the progress of the kingdom as he prayed God to endow him with wisdom and sound health needed to lead his people successfully.
Responding, Prince Collins Omenuko expressed profound gratitude to the people of Abajah Ancient Kingdom for finding him worthy of the hallowed position.
He assured them of his commitment to promoting peace, unity, and sustainable development across the kingdom and pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him.
Also speaking, the Chairman of the Nwangele Local Government Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Ononaehi Uzoma, and the Chairman of the Eze Abajah Coronation Committee, Sir Goodluck Nwachukwu, described the choice of Prince Omenuko as a wise decision by the people of Abajah.
They advised the Eze-elect to lead with the fear of God and  dedication to the welfare of the people.
The Director of Administration and General Services (DAGS), Mrs. Ijeoma Okorie, and the Secretary of the Local Government, Barr  Stanley Ofoma, further urged the people of Abajah Ancient Kingdom to continue living in harmony and unity in pursuit of greater collective achievements.
They also encouraged them to jointly follow through with the remaining administrative processes to ensure the successful conclusion of the kingdom’s collective decision.
