“There’s No Place as Govt Reserved Area in our Land” –Mboke Dindi Ihiagwa Alerts General Public

By ThankGod EMEH
The entire members of Mboke village in Owerri West Local government area, including the ten (10) Obinobi Elders, the supreme leadership of Mboke Welfare Association as well as the indigenous land owners in the locality have raised alarm of fresh plots of mischief makers in the locality to grab and sell off their ancestral Lands known, called and referred to as “Uzo Ubi Mboke Farmland”  for Nine Million Naira (6,000,000/9,000,000) per plot under the guise of “Government Reserved Area”.
The Mboke village leadership putting their claims straight on record, stressed that “There is no land or area mapped as ‘Government Reserved Area’ in the entire locality” both in the past and in recent times, adding that the name was illegally birthed by mischief makers hiding under the guise of the state government and protection of security operatives to defraud unsuspecting public.
“We are using this opportunity to inform the public that there’s no place called “Government Reserved Area” or anything as “Government Reserved Area in Azu Uzo Mmiri Ihiagwa” here in Mboke village ancestral farmland”
“There’s no land called Azu Mmiri Ihiagwa”
”This is same Uzo Ubi Mboke farmland”
They however revealed that the same plots of land being advertised as such for sale and estate investment at 6,000,000/9million per plot is the same disputed ancestry land of Mboke people formerly named as “Imo Housing Corporation Acquired land” and “FUTO land” by one Bethram Uzodimma, Hon. Paschal Nwakamma (Dum Dum) and Stanley Anyanwu(Agaba Multiple Mayor) under different guises at different times for same fraudulent purposes.
“Few months ago, the same average Mbaise man by name -Bethram Uzodimma who falsely claimed to be the brother of Imo state Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, a developer as well as an indigene of Mbokwe alongside Mr Paschal Nwakamma (Dum Dum) entered Mbokwe community ancestral farmland to clear it for sale before they were asked by the Imo State Government to vacate”
“The land in question is the same land we are pleading to the Governor, His Excellency Senator Hope Uzodimma to intervene and release to us”
Recall, there have been serial SOS calls from Mbokwe community to Imo  State Government to come to their rescue and as well call Mr Bethram Uzodimma (from Mbaise), Mr. Stanley Anyanwu (Agaba/Multiple Mayor of Ihiagwa community), and former Special Adviser to Governor Uzodimma on Land Recovery, Hon. Paschal Nwakamma (Dum Dum) who had not only invaded their farmlands but had  caused disputes, loss of lives and properties in the area with use of illegal security operatives’ who assaulted the people in broad daylight, despite the recent publication from the Imo State Government House through Nze Chinasa and Ministry of Lands.
Also note, the land dispute according to records had started 2017 when Messers Stanley Anyanwu initially came for same land with claims that One bottling Company From Lagos in guise of Imo Housing Corporation had acquired it. After the attempt failed, the trio of Bartram Uzodimma and Anyanwu’s came back with new ownership claims from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Lastly Imo Housing Corperation few months ago with Nwakanma (Dum Dum) and have since then jumped from one claim to another; before the recent claim of another high-powered group that Mboke village ancestral farmland is “Government Reserved Area”
“It is quite laughable to note that the same land is no longer called FUTO land, it has failed to be called Imo Housing Corporation Acquired Area but now being called and referred to as Government Reserved Area in Uzo Azu Mmiri Ihiagwa.
“There’s no land in the entire Ihiagwa community called and known as Azu Uzo Mmiri land. And Ihiagwa community do not have any land known as Azu Uzo Mmiri land in Mboke land.
“What we, Mboke village have is Uzo Ubi Mboke farmland which shares boundary with Avu, Nekede, and Obinze”
The leadership of Mboke village however urged the general public to beware of the fraudulent attempts of the trio and desist from buying any property so advertised in the previous and recent names, noting that Mboke people are the true owners of the land right from time and there have been no acquisition of any sort.
“We are warning the public not to buy any land along Port Harcourt road mainly on Mboke land, as whoever that does so will loss his investment and will not enter the land”
They extolled Governor Uzodimma for his giant strides and land reformation programmes while pledging loyalty and willingness to work with him.
“We, the people of Mboke are ever ready to partner with the Imo state government through the Ministry of Lands and we are waiting patiently for him to answer our prayers”
The people equally called on the Commissioner of Police, CP Aboki Danjuma to call his men to order, especially operatives of the Tiger Base squad who are roundly engaged by the foregoing land grabbers to assault Mboke people over their own ancestry farmland, “for Mboke people are good friends of Nigerian Police”.
However, the 10 Obilobi Elders and former executives of Mboke Welfare Association (MWA) include Obilobi John Ubawunwa (Chairman Obilobi), Nze Ajuku, Obilobi Charles Nwaneri, Obilobi Ugwunna Uzoma, Obilobi Samuel Uba, Nze Lawrence Nwaneri (immediate past Mboke welfare Chairman), Mr Obi Onyechere, Mr Nzuruike (former vice chairman Mboke), Chief Chidi Ukwuoma (a.k.a Ogwudire) among others.
To further prosecute the land disputes and matters arising around Uzo Ubi Mboke farmland void of all form of bias, the Mboke Welfare Association dissolved and elected new leadership as they also Reaffirmed E-Enolar as their Attorney.
The new executives of Mboke Wafare Association are Mr Nnadi Godstime Chukwuma (Mboke Warfare Chairman), Mr Uchechukwu Okoro (Vice Chairman), Mr. Vincent Onye we (General Secretary), Mr. Amadi Cyril (Vice Secretary), Mr. Joseph Okere (Financial Secretary), Mr. Moses Aririgwuzo (Treasurer), Mr. Peter Opara (Promoter).
