We Are Proud of Your Representation  NANS SouthEast Tells Doris Uzoka -Anite

On the 28th February, 2025, the leadership of NANS South East ably led by Comr. Charles Ijeomah paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of State  for Finance, Dr Doris Uzoka -Anite CFA.
The visit which was accompanied with the Zone “F” Secretary General, Comr. Alfred Jacinta Chinedu  and SUG Presidents of South East, had lots of progress discussions with the Honourable Minister as the student’s  executives used the medium to highlight some of their achievements so far and the programmes ahead.
The Coordinator, Comr. Ijeomah, thanked Dr Doris Uzoka -Anite for all the laudable programmes and policies she has initiated which has further showcased her as a worthy representative of the people and above all, maintaining the status of her office.
In a related development, the secretary of the Zone, in her remarks appreciated the minister for the opportunity and open door policies her office is known for even as it concerns students, not forgetting her laudable inclusion of students in her Christmas rice palliative.
She  further used the opportunity to intimate the Minister of the ongoing program titled “CATCH THEM YOUNG/ATTITUDINAL CHANGE INITIATIVE” and the progress made so far.
During this August visit, the Zone F Secretary ,  Comr. Alfred informed the Minister of the situation that bedevilled some of the students who came to Abuja during the NANS Convention and pleaded for her support to see them journey back to the East.
In her warmly reaction, the minister expressed deep pleasure on receiving the student body in her office as she promised to always work with the Nigerian students with necessary supports as may be deemed within her capacity.
The Minister therefore used the short but very interactive moment to admonish the students on the need to be good representatives in of their various institutions and the society at large.
The visit was remarked with a vote of confidence given by the NANS Southeast leadership to the Honourable Minister and a thank you to the President, His Excellency Bola Almed Tinubu for appointing a worthy leader into the office and whose interest is for all regardless of ethnic divides.
