Okigwe North Rep Seat:  Onuimo Youths, Women Earnestly Ask  For Robertson Ekwebelem

The fact that the Ekwebelem dynasty has consolidated over the years without any friction is an example of a family etched in structured foundation with eyes for excellency and egalitarianism.

The touch down of Prince Robertson Ekwebelem in the politics of Onuimo has remained a source of hope and the beginning of better things to come. This was exemplified in the favourable followership and somewhat blind love of the people towards him since the day he presented himself to serve the people of Onuimo.

Of course representation is no longer what it should be otherwise the question of who to send to a higher office without any doubt especially at this present circumstances ought not to be an issue of debate with such a trail blazer available within the clime.

The four eventful years in the Imo State House of Assembly continue to resonate among the right thinking people of Onuimo who were present at the time and fully acknowledged the uncommon performance of the ebullient young Prince whose only desire is to make Onuimo great.

Some of his unprecedented achievements during his time in the Imo State House of Assembly still stands today and completely overwhelms his traducers. Those monuments still stand in agreement with truth that when a good man is sent on an errand, the people sleep soundly.

His desire to return to the Imo State House of Assembly on a second missionary journey was not borne out of any selfish desire. This was a strategic calculation of a sound mind that has carefully studied the operation of a house and discovered that if he could do what he did while an opposition lawmaker, then being in the majority would bring about monumental momentum to the development of Onuimo Local Government. But since the people that owned the seat declined to send him, he has never looked back in participating in activities that is geared towards the promotion of his people. His one stop desire is Onuimo greatness and nothing more.

The foundation he laid as a representative of Onuimo in the Imo State House of Assembly remains indelible and perhaps the yardstick that those that came after him had built on even though such performances were far fetched.

The is truth because prior to his been sent by Onuimo to go to the Imo State House of Assembly, those before him had nothing to show. They were merely benchwarmers and errand men.

This is why with the incoming House of Representatives returning as of right to Onuimo, it will only be wise, expedient and germane that Prince Robertson Ekwebelem be sent again to blaze the trail and set the benchmark for others to build on.

History is on his side. Experience is on his side. Success is on his side. Breakthrough is on his side. God is on his side.

No wonder the entire Youths and Women of Onuimo Local Government Area have openly demanded for Rt Hon Prince Robertson Ekwebelem to be sent to House of Representatives to Represent Okigwe North Federal Constituency come 2027.

 They argued that  he is the most fit and proper aspirant in Onuimo LGA to reposition the federal Constituency for better and people oriented representation.
