The Book -Policy & Strategy  for Patriotism, Institutions and Economic Development in Nigeria   was written by Ogbonna Sam Onyeisi, PhD, mni, is a member of Nigeria’s foremost ThinkTank, the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru near Jos- Nigeria.

He was National Publicity Secretary of the Alumni Association of the National Institute.
 Dr Onyeisi is an economist, Author, Political Activist and Investment Expert. Also he is  a lecturer at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nsukka Campus.
Chief Economist of Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry Japan, former Council  Member, Enugu Chamber of Commerce,Industry and Agriculture (ECCIMA).
He has published articles widely in both local and international journals in the areas of foreign investments as well as sustainable Economic Development and Growth.
