2023 APGA Assembly Candidate, AKATAOBI Dumps Party

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in Imo State, Dr. Ugboaja Victor Chinedu, popularly known as Akataobi Ideato, has withdrawn his membership with the party.
Ugboaja was the  candidate of the party in the March 18, 2023, State House of Assembly election in Ideato North LGA.
 Akataobi told Journalists in Owerri that  his decision was informed by personal reasons, and not because of any ill treatment from the party’s leadership, as according to him, “the leaders treated me like their biological son”.
Ugboaja who was effusive with praises and appreciation for the party’s leadership at all levels, wished APGA victories and successes in its future political outings.
On his next political agenda, Akataobi had this to say; “God will give me direction,  but for now I’m observing some quiet time”.
