2022 Christmas Calls For Sober Reflection     – DNKI Tells Christians 

DeNorsemen Kclub International (DNKI) has called on Christians to use 2022 Christmas celebration to reflect on the current security and economic challenges still facing Nigeria.
The International President of DNKI, Engr Chidi Anokwu in his Christmas and New  Year message to Christian faithful, through the Directorate of Information and Communication, pointed out that Christmas Is all about the birth of Jesus Christ who came to preach peace, Unity and love, adding that the prevalent insecurity in the Country has threatened the peace, unity and love Nigerians shared.
Engr Anokwu noted Christians should use this period to pray for Nigeria political leaders, adding that the outcome of 2023 General Elections will decide the future of Nigeria as there is need for Nigeria exist beyond 2023.
According to him, ” Today as we mark the birth of Jesus Christ, it is very important we use the opportunity to also reflect on the prevalent security challenges in the country which had made many people to avoid Christmas Celebration with their people. Christmas reminds us about the birth of Jesus Christ who came to preach peace, Unity and love but while we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we should also pray for political and economic stability of our dear Country, Nigeria.”
While wishing DNKI Christian faithful merry Christmas, Engr Anokwu however charged them to share the joy and love of the season with all irrespective of religious beliefs, tribe, stressing that the birth of Jesus Christ brought Redemption and peace to the World without discrimination.
