PUBLIC DISCLAIMER NOTICE  RE: ESTATE OF H.R.H. EZE RAYMOND ONUOHA EKENNA (JP) DECEASED. NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

This notice is issued by Prince Ezeilo Chiwuike Ekenna B.A. (Hons), the legally appointed and gazetted Executor/Administrator of the estate of my late father, H.R.H. Eze Raymond Onuoha Ekenna (JP), under Letters of Administration and Re-sealed Letters of Administration granted by the Imo State High Court Probate Division and the Abia State High Court Probate Division.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPOSTERS

The public is hereby warned that the following persons are not authorized and have no legal standing to act, transact, or represent the estate of H.R.H. EZE R.O. EKENNA (JP) in any property or properties, assets, etc. contained in the Imo State Letters of Administration granted and dated 1st day of August 2008 and Re-gazetted by the Abia State High Court Probate dated 13th day of July 2009, in any capacity:

Mrs. Chioma Ohanaenye nee Ekenna

Mr. Nnamdi Ohaneanye

Engr Umunnakwem Chijioke Ekenna

Mr. Nnamdi Ekenna

Mr. Okechukwu Ekenna

Any person dealing with the above-named individuals in matters concerning the properties, assets, investments, and affairs of the said estate does so entirely at their own risks.

The estate is currently affected by multiple encumbrances, and no sale, transfer, lease, mortgage, charge, or any dealing with any property forming part of the estate is valid without my express written consent as the duly appointed Executor/Administrator.

All financial institutions, corporate bodies, private individuals, and authorities are advised to verify any transaction relating to the estate with the relevant Probate Divisions and with my office only.

I shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from transactions entered into with the impostors listed above.
